According to available information, the incident occurred in Payariq district. The woman gave birth to a baby and left it in a toilet garbage container near the maternity hospital. The woman’s actions were recorded by surveillance cameras, after which the circumstances of the incident were established. The newborn was found dead.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs, an examination has been ordered. After determining whether the child was born alive or dead, the issue of initiating criminal proceedings will be resolved. After the announcement of the expert opinion, additional information will be provided.
