In Samarkand, a driver fell asleep while driving and crashed into a bus
The man was hospitalized, there were no passengers on the public transport, and an investigation began.

On November 2, in the Samarkand region, a driver fell asleep at the wheel, lost control, and was involved in a bus accident, the press service of the regional traffic police reported.
The accident occurred around 06:10 on Shohizinda Street in Samarkand. The driver of the Cobalt fell asleep at the wheel and lost control. The car crashed into a metal fence on the left side of the road. As a result, the car crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with an ASIASTAR bus traveling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Cobalt car was hospitalized. There were no passengers on the bus, the vehicles were damaged. Preliminary investigations are being conducted by the regional Department of Internal Affairs and the Road Safety Department.
As a reminder, a car crashed into a cliff in the Samarqand region. A Nasaf football club fan died in the accident.
