In Namangan, a woman was driving a car with a baby in her arms and filmed it on video
The driver also seated her young children in the front seat, and traffic police officers filed a report against her.
A video circulated on social media showing a woman driving with babies in her arms, capturing everything on camera. The State Traffic Safety Department commented on the incident.
It was revealed that the video was posted on social media by a resident of Mingbuloq Street in Namangan region. The footage shows a woman seating several children in the front seat and holding a baby right in her arms while driving. At the same time, she held the phone with her other hand and recorded everything on video.
Law enforcement officers found the violator and held her accountable. An administrative report was filed against her under part 1 of Article 128-1 (Use of a phone by drivers while driving a vehicle). She faces a fine of 3 BCV (1.2 million soums).
I didn’t want to put it on video. That day, we left the kindergarten with the children. I wanted to take a drive with them. We drove only 20 meters, no more. I just wanted to make a few children happy, — the woman said.
Recall that in Navoi region, a drunk schoolboy organized a race with traffic police officers. His adult acquaintance, also intoxicated, drove the teenager’s car.
