In the Fergana region, law enforcement officers seized over 30 kg of narcotics during raids, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reports.
According to the information, the events were held by the department’s employees together with the State Security Service and other law enforcement agencies. In particular, as part of operational activities, the guards seized more than 30 kg or 60 thousand doses of narcotic drugs and 17 thousand 91 units of potent drugs in November 2025.
According to the department, this way, law enforcement officers were able to prevent the poisoning of about 20 thousand citizens. Currently, law enforcement officers are continuing operational activities within the framework of the “Safe and Healthy Country” campaign.
Earlier, it was reported that State Security Service officers had uncovered a large drug trafficking organization in Uzbekistan. Law enforcement officers prevented the spread of 17 kg of synthetic drugs.
