In the Fergana region, a traffic police officer who abused a citizen received disciplinary action, the department’s press service reported.
An official investigation was initiated into the incident. As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that the senior sergeant showed disrespect to the citizen. He violated several provisions of the “Code of Professional Culture and Official Discipline of Internal Affairs Officers” and was subjected to disciplinary action.
