In the Andijan region, a group of minors started a fight in the courtyard of a multi-story building, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reports.
According to the information, the incident occurred on November 7 in the Mustaqillik mahalla of Andijan. Law enforcement officers discovered that an argument had broken out between two minor local residents, which escalated into a fight. Also, three acquaintances of one of the girls joined the conflict and inflicted bodily harm on her rival.
Currently, law enforcement officers are conducting a pre-trial investigation into the incident. Also, law enforcement officers drew up administrative protocols under Article 47 (Failure to fulfill obligations for the upbringing and education of children) against the parents of all participants in the conflict.
Earlier, it was reported that schoolchildren in Samarkand caused a mass fight. A working group, in conjunction with the Department of Internal Affairs, investigated the incident.
