In Andijan, a former senior district police inspector struck a scooter driver — video
According to the regional Department of Internal Affairs, the employee was dismissed two days before the accident.

On November 9, in the Andijan region, the former senior inspector of the Department of Internal Affairs hit a scooter driver, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reports.
The incident occurred around 6:30 PM on a local highway in Shahrixon city. The former senior prevention inspector of the Shahrixon District Department of Internal Affairs, driving a Nexia-3, lost control, crossed into the oncoming lane, and hit a 53-year-old citizen on a scooter. As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist sustained injuries and was hospitalized.
The car and scooter sustained technical damage. The prevention inspector was dismissed on the basis of a corresponding order for the personnel of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs two days prior to the incident. Currently, the prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the incident.
Recall that in Samarkand, traffic police officers detained a drunk driver of a scooter without a license. An administrative report was filed against the citizen, and the vehicle was sent to the impound lot.
