In Almalyk, an MMA coach and parents were punished after beating children

The Almalyk city administration commented on the incident where the children were beaten by a coach.

This incident was investigated by relevant specialists. An emergency meeting of the Commission for Children’s Affairs of Almalyk was held in the city. During the meeting, the city’s Department of Internal Affairs was instructed to take legal measures against the coach’s illegal actions. In addition, parents of children who asked the coach to punish their children will be held administratively liable.

Also, from the instructions of the city khokim:

• the medical association was instructed to conduct an in-depth medical examination of children;
• The Department of Internal Affairs and the “Inson” Center were instructed to conduct a set of measures to study the family environment of children, assess their mental state, as well as prevent cases of pressure and violence;
• the sports school was instructed to conduct a repeat inspection of all sports clubs in the region, provide methodological recommendations to private coaches, and, if illegal activities of sports sections are detected, inform the relevant authorities.

At the commission meeting, the coach expressed regret for his actions and announced his readiness to apologize to the general public, — the statement said.

Recall that in Almalyk, a coach and MMA fighter brutally beat children. He also used physical violence at the request of the parents themselves for bad behavior or assessment.
