A woman suspected of human trafficking was returned to Uzbekistan from Turkey
The offender was a member of a sex organization and recruited compatriots under the pretext of high-paying work abroad to engage in prostitution.

A 51-year-old woman named “Sonya”, accused of human trafficking, has been deported from Turkey to Uzbekistan, the press service of the country’s Consulate General in Istanbul reports.
The operation was carried out with the joint participation of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey and Uzbekistan. Specialists deported a 51-year-old woman who was wanted in Uzbekistan on charges of human trafficking.
It is noted that the suspect was a member of a criminal group that established a public house in Bangkok between 2013 and 2015. The woman lured her compatriots there with promises of high-paying jobs, after which she took them through Kazakhstan to Thailand to engage in prostitution.
Earlier, it was reported that the wanted scammers were returned to Uzbekistan from Turkey. Citizens harmed by the detainees were advised to contact law enforcement.
