A gas station in Fergana embezzled billions of soums worth of gas

In the Fergana region, gas stations illegally used almost 10 billion soums worth of natural gas, the press service of Hududgaztaminot reports.

The incident occurred in the Sokh district. Specialists discovered that at the gas station belonging to a local enterprise, interference was made in the operation of the gas meter. The damage amounted to 9 billion 757 million soums. The collected documents were sent to law enforcement agencies.

Earlier, it was reported that when installing gas on a car, it will not be necessary to change the technical passport. The service can be arranged online. According to the information, the measure will take effect from November 1, 2025. It is noted that now the storage and exchange of all information on the re-equipment of gas cylinders in transport will be organized online.
