A bus and a minibus became stuck in the mud at a bus stop in Tashkent — video
A specialised vehicle arrived at the scene and collapsed with the driver inside while attempting to extract the public transport.
On 15 September, news spread on social networks that a bus and a minibus were stuck in the mud in Tashkent. The Mirzo-Ulugbek district administration commented on the incident.
According to available information, the incident took place on Gulsanam Street. A minibus and a bus got stuck at the stop — they sank underground and became trapped in the mud. The district administration stated that an investigation into the incident has commenced, and further information will be provided later.
Later, special equipment arrived at the scene. However, while trying to extract the bus stuck in the mud, the special equipment collapsed along with the driver inside. Emergency medical personnel are working at the scene.
Remember that the creation of night buses was approved in Tashkent. The fare will be the same as for the daytime routes.
