Uzbekistan and the UAE will train five million AI prompters

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev took part in a solemn opening ceremony of the international forum on artificial intelligence, held at International Congress Center.

Before the start of the event, the President got acquainted with the presentation of projects and startups in artificial intelligence, developed by the youth of our country.

From now on the country’s youth will not only be trained on AI skills in schools, but also in the framework of the “Kelajak” centers system across all regions.

Every year, 100 of the most talented specialists from remote districts to the national level will be selected. They will take internships at leading technology companies in the USA, the UAE, and Europe. In the second phase, this practice will also be implemented in universities.

Uzbekistan, together with the UAE, will launch the Five Million Uzbek AI Prompters program. The President called it a “logical continuation” of the One Million Uzbek Coders project and highlighted its potential as a driver of the economy.

Within the framework of the project until 2030, it is planned to train 4.75 million schoolchildren and students, 150 thousand teachers and 100 thousand civil servants, as well as to integrate AI into education at all levels, starting from school. Every November, “AI for Youth” month will be held in Uzbekistan.

Earlier, it was reported that children from poor families will be able to learn foreign languages and IT in special clubs.
