Rain and cold weather: weather for November 3rd

On November 3, partly cloudy conditions are expected in Uzbekistan, with rain in some areas and snow in the mountains, according to the press service of the Hydrometeorological Center.

Tashkent: Partly cloudy, rain towards evening. East wind shifting to west 3-8 m/s. Temperature at night 8-10°, daytime 14-16°.

The weather in the regions is expected to be as follows:

• Karakalpakstan and Khorezm regions: Partly cloudy, light rain possible in some areas. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 0-5°, during the day 9-14°;
• In Bukhara and Navoi, partly cloudy, no precipitation at night, rain in places during the day. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 3-8°, during the day 11-16°;
• Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions: Partly cloudy, rain in places by evening. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 5-10°, during the day 13-18°;
• In Kashkadarya, partly cloudy, rain in places by evening. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s, locally possible strengthening to 13-18 m/s with dusty blowing snow. Temperature: 6-11° at night, 14-19° during the day;
• Surkhandarya region: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s, locally possible strengthening to 13-18 m/s with dusty blowing snow. Temperature: 6-11° at night, 17-22° during the day;
• In the Fergana region, no precipitation, partly cloudy, variable in places. East wind 5-10 m/s. Temperature: 4-9° at night, 15-20° during the day;
• In the foothill and mountainous regions, partly cloudy, with precipitation (rain, snow) in some areas. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s, locally possible strengthening to 13-18 m/s. Temperature at night 0-5°, daytime 5-10°.
