A train collided with a Cobalt car at a railway crossing in the Khorezm region, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reported.
According to the information, the incident occurred in the Shovot district. According to preliminary information, the driver of the Cobalt car ignored the requirements of the traffic light and road signs located at the railway crossing and attempted to cross it.
As a result, the man did not give way to the train, which crashed into the car. It is known that due to the collision, the driver sustained injuries and was hospitalized. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating all the incidents.
Earlier, it was reported that motorcyclists caused a fatal accident in Tashkent. Responsible authorities have not yet issued a statement on the incident.
